Businesses, business households, cooperatives, cooperative unions and cooperative groups may continue to use their Certificates when administrative boundaries change

According to the document, businesses, business households, cooperatives, cooperative unions and cooperative groups can continue to use previously issued Business Registration Certificates, Household Business Registration Certificates, Cooperative Registration Certificates, Cooperative Group Registration Certificates and Branch/Representative Office/Business Location Operation Registration Certificates.

Business registration agencies may not require businesses, business households, cooperatives, cooperative unions, or cooperative groups to register changes to address information due to administrative boundary changes. Businesses, business households, cooperatives, cooperative unions and cooperative groups only need to update address information on registration certificates when needed or simultaneously with registering other changes or notifications of changes to business registration content, household business, cooperative, cooperative union or cooperative group.
