Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee requires departments, branches and localities to continue effectively implementing directives from the Central Government and the province on tea industry development; simultaneously, to deploy synchronized tasks and solutions to ensure quality, preserve and develop Thai Nguyen tea product brand in accordance with the practical situation in the locality.

The Department of Agriculture and Environment is assigned to lead, in coordination with relevant units and localities, the inspection and control of tea seedling use, agricultural materials, production, preliminary processing and tea processing; to strengthen the application of scientific techniques, high technology, ensuring food safety and environmental protection in tea production; to guide the development, management and promotion of tea product branding, with immediate focus on reviewing and advising on the effective implementation of the Action Plan for Thai Nguyen Tea Brand Development Scheme until 2025.

The Department of Science and Technology will coordinate with relevant agencies and units to further support organizations and individuals in the province to build and develop intellectual property assets, especially for tea products; guide organizations and individuals in the use and protection of intellectual property rights, labels, geographical indications, identification numbers and barcodes on tea product packaging in accordance with regulations.

The Department of Industry and Trade is responsible for strengthening support for building and connecting supply chains for safe tea consumption; supporting businesses, cooperatives and tea production and trading households in the province to introduce tea products into supermarkets, commercial centers and e-commerce platforms both domestically and internationally; simultaneously, coordinating promotional activities, introducing and advertising Thai Nguyen tea products.

The People's Committees of districts and cities are tasked to direct specialized agencies and local authorities to promote communication and dissemination of policies and laws on agriculture, intellectual property, food safety, environmental protection, product labeling, etc. to organizations and individuals producing and trading tea; coordinate in implementing state management tasks on quality and branding of tea products in their localities.
