To realize these targets, the Provincial Farmers' Association has identified four key solution areas for implementing the plan. These include focusing on extensive communication and dissemination of Resolution No. 11-NQ/TU across all association levels and farmer members; encouraging members to invest in science and technology; expanding collective production scale and promoting product marketing; and enhancing the monitoring and feedback role during implementation.

In addition, the plan places special emphasis on promoting scientific applications, innovation and digital transformation in tea production management and consumption, while enhancing the role of Farmers' Associations at all levels in mobilizing members to develop the tea industry in a sustainable and modern direction...

With synchronized solutions and specific targets, the Provincial Farmers' Association's implementation plan for Resolution 11-NQ/TU will help create favorable conditions for farmer members, especially tea-producing households, to improve productivity, quality and value of tea products, thereby helping Thai Nguyen's tea industry enter a new growth phase.
