In response to the 2nd Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Festival - 2023, World Book and Copyright Day, on April 18, at Dinh Hoa Ethnic Minority Boarding Secondary School (Dinh Hoa), the provincial library organized the Book and Reading Culture Festival - Launching Thai Nguyen Reading Culture Ambassador Contest 2023.
