On June 1, the provincial delegation headed by Comrade Pham Hoang Son, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council inspected a number of key projects in Phu Binh district. The delegation included Comrade Do Duc Cong, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council and representatives from various provincial departments and sectors.

On May 29, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Standing Deputy Head of the Steering Committee for the defensive area drills of Thai Nguyen province (abbreviated as the Provincial Steering Committee) chaired the conference assigning the task of performing the drill of defensive area of Dai Tu district in 2023.

Implementing Decision No. 1565-QD/TU, dated April 4, 2023 of the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee on thematic supervision in leading, directing and organizing the implementation of Resolution No. 01-NQ/TU, dated December 31, 2020 of the Provincial Party Committee on the Digital Transformation Program of Thai Nguyen Province for the 2021-2025 period, with vision to 2030 (referred to as Resolution No. 01-NQ/TU), on May 25, the delegation led by Mr. Dang Xuan Truong, Member of the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, had a working session at the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development on this issue. Participating in the delegation there were representatives of relevant departments and branches of the province.

Continuing the work program, on 24/5 afternoon, the Delegation of the Provincial People's Committee led by Comrade Nguyen Thanh Binh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee inspected the disaster prevention and fighting work at Khanh Hoa Coal Company and Nui Coc Lake irrigation project.

In order to promote digital transformation in business, Thai Nguyen province has paid attention, focused and pioneered in applying many solutions to support enterprises in digital transformation.

Community tourism is a type of tourism that is exploited based on indigenous cultural values. For Thai Nguyen, the potentials of natural landscapes, historical values, diverse cultures of ethnic communities and rich culinary culture are the basis for the province to strongly develop community tourism. However, in order for this type of tourism to develop sustainably, in addition to the solutions of functional sectors, the participation from the subjects of that community is needed.

After 20 days (from 28/4 to 18/5) of implementing the peak campaign of issuing chip-based citizen ID cards, 46/177 communes, wards and townships in Thai Nguyen province have 100% of citizens issued chip-based citizen ID cards. The provincial police collected data for the issuance of chip-based citizen ID cards linked to electronic identification accounts to 18,114 cases, of which 15,935 were newly issued, reaching a rate of 29.3%.

On May 19 morning, Comrade Pham Thai Hanh, Member of the Provincial People's Committee and Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee chaired preliminary conference of 3 years of building a model for the implementation of "All people unite to build new rural and civilized urban areas" campaign in the period of 2020 - 2023.

To commemorate the 133rd anniversary of the birth of President Ho Chi Minh (19/5/1890 - 19/5/2023), Comrade Trinh Viet Hung, Alternate Member of the Party Central Executive Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee offered incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at ATK Dinh Hoa Special National Historical Site. The participating delegation included representatives from the provincial departments, committees, sectors and units, as well as the leaders of the District Party Committee and People's Committee of Dinh Hoa District.

On May 17 afternoon, the Department of Science and Technology held a Workshop to meet intellectuals and scientists of Thai Nguyen province in 2023. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee attended the Workshop.

On May 15, at An Khanh Thermal Power Plant under An Khanh Thermal Power Joint Stock Company (Dai Tu), the provincial Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Council held a launching ceremony to respond to the OSH Action Month 2023 with the theme "Strengthening the development of safe working procedures and measures and improving working conditions, reducing stress in the workplace."

Determining that digital transformation is an important work in building e-government, digital government, so together with the promulgation of Resolution No. 01 on the Thai Nguyen Provincial College Program in the 2021-2025 period, with orientations to 2030, on December 31, 2020, Thai Nguyen has proactively prepared all aspects to effectively deploy and implement the project of developing the application of population data, identification and electronic authentication for national digital transformation, 2022 - 2025 period, vision to 2030 (referred to as Project 06).

On May 9 afternoon, Thai Nguyen province delegation of National Assembly Deputies consisting of following deputies: Hoang Anh Cong, Deputy Head of the People's Aspiration Committee cum Member of the National Defense and Security Committee of the National Assembly; Ly Van Huan, Deputy Director of the People's Procuracy of Thai Nguyen province met with voters in Phu Luong district.

With the determination to achieve the goal of new rural (NR) district in 2023, Dai Tu district has mobilized many resources, developed a roadmap for implementation with many good and suitable ways to complete the criteria. Both the political system and the people of ethnic groups in the district are actively involved in, the destination of NR district is gradually becoming a reality.

The preservation and promotion of the value of intangible cultural heritage has been paid much attention by Thai Nguyen province in recent years, thereby contributing to serving the needs of the people's cultural and spiritual life, fostering local tourism development.

Since its inauguration and operation (December 2018), the National Historical Monument of 60 Youth Volunteer Martyrs of 915th Company, 91st Squadron Bac Thai (Thai Nguyen City) has welcomed 4,013 groups of visitors, with nearly 310,000 people coming to offer incense and visit. Notably, there have been many international tourists and hundreds of delegations of students and young people coming to learn about the historical traditions and show gratitude to the contributions of the Youth Volunteers in the cause of building and defending the homeland.

On April 26 morning, Comrade Nguyen Thanh Hai, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies attended and spoke at the Launching Ceremony of Humanitarian Month 2023 organized by the Provincial Red Cross in collaboration with the Provincial People's Committee.

Thai Nguyen tourism development scheme has set a target for 2021 – 2025 period, with an orientation to 2030 for Thai Nguyen province to become the tourism center of the North Vietnam region with typical tourism products associated with tea culture, with brand recognition and high competitiveness. Tourism has become an important economic sector of the province with a synchronous infrastructure system, diversified tourism products and increasingly improved quality.

In February 2023, the people of Tan Cuong tea region (Thai Nguyen City) received another joy when Knowledge of Tan Cuong tea cultivation and processing in Tan Cuong Commune, Phuc Triu Commune, Phuc Xuan Commune, Thai Nguyen City, Thai Nguyen Province has been recognized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism as a National Intangible Cultural Heritage.

On April 19 morning, Comrade Nguyen Thanh Hai, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies received citizens periodically in April 2023 to comment on the case of citizen Nguyen Dang Thanh, resident of Thanh Xuyen 4 village, Trung Thanh commune (Pho Yen city).
