After nearly a century of existence, Gia Bay Bridge has become a familiar image to many people, generations and is a cultural and historical symbol of Thai Nguyen land. Existing from the beginning of the twentieth century, to the beginning of 1947, the bridge was demolished to implement the policy of "Destroying everything for the war of resistance". In 1955, Gia Bay bridge was rebuilt, on the basis of old abutment and piers. Steadfastly going through two wars of resistance, witnessing the daily changes of dear Thai Nguyen, up to now, this bridge with nearly 100 years of history still carried a special mission, is the arterial traffic route connecting National Highway 1B and the old National Highway 3 passing through Thai Nguyen city, Dong Hy district, Vo Nhai and Lang Son province. Because of that, the policy of renovating and upgrading Gia Bay bridge has received high approval from the People, and now, this small, old but durable, faithful bridge has been put on a new coat.

On May 7, at the People's Committee of Ky Phu commune and Nui Hong Coal Company (Dai Tu district), the Standing Board of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee held a Contact conference between voters of Ky Phu commune and voters of Nui Hong Coal Company with the candidates for the 15th National Assembly, period of 2021 - 2026 at the Constituency No.1. On May 27, the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front held a ceremony to launch the peak season of donations to support COVID-19 prevention and control in an online form with 63 provinces and cities throughout the country.
