The conference was attended by representatives of the Department of Radio - Television and Electronic Information (Ministry of Information and Communications); Head of the Provincial Propaganda Department; leaders of a number of departments and branches of Thai Nguyen province; leadership representatives and officials of Radio and Television Stations, Communication Centers of the Northeast Mountainous Provinces including Quang Ninh, Lang Son, Cao Bang, Bac Giang, Vinh Phuc, Hoa Binh, Bac Kan, and Thai Nguyen; with Thai Nguyen acting as the head of Emulation Cluster No. 2 in 2023.

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Le Quang Tien, Vice Chairman of Thai Nguyen Province People's Committee praised the efforts and achievements of the radio and television workforce. Comrade Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province expressed his hope that the units within Emulation Cluster No. 2 would continue to focus on innovating activities, intensify efforts in digital transformation, proactively participate in crafting suitable and effective autonomous development plans. He emphasized the need for enhanced exchange and sharing of experiences among the units within the Emulation Cluster to improve production capacity, program quality, and enrich propaganda content, contributing significantly to the nationwide radio and television cause as well as to the socio-economic development of localities.

In 2023, the agencies within Emulation Cluster No. 2 closely adhered to the propaganda orientation and assigned political tasks, effectively carried out their social rebuttal functions, directed public opinion, and conducted swift, accurate, and timely propaganda that served the political tasks of the nation and localities effectively. They excelled in activities, competitive movements, coordination, collaboration, and program exchanges among the units within the cluster. Delegates discussed and shared experiences to enhance the quality of programs, highlighted challenges and obstacles in developing technical economics, devising autonomous pathways for local radio and television stations, conducting recruitment and promotion exercises for officials and employees, and investing in equipment and machinery to serve propaganda efforts...

Thai Nguyen Radio and Television Station presented flowers to the heads and deputy heads of Emulation Cluster No. 2 in 2024

At the conference, Thai Nguyen Radio and Television Station handed over the title of Head of Emulation Cluster No. 2 in 2024 to Cao Bang Radio and Television Station and the title of Deputy Head of the Emulation Cluster to Quang Ninh Province Communication Center.
