With the theme "Thai Nguyen builds and develops culture and people to meet the requirements of sustainable development of the country", participants in the contest include reporters, lecturers, propagandists, members, and associates from localities and units. The content of the contest focuses on introducing the culture, land, and people of Thai Nguyen; potential, advantages, resources for building Thai Nguyen province peaceful, prosperous, affluent, and friendly; addressing the reasonable and harmonious resolution between conserving and promoting cultural heritage values with economic and social development; solutions to promote the cultural and human values of Thai Nguyen in defending the Party's ideological foundation, refuting erroneous, hostile views, contributing to ensuring political security, social order and safety of the locality; solutions to promote cultural and human values ​​in building new rural areas, civilized urban areas, sustainable and comprehensive development in districts, and cities. Along with that are proposals for sustainable conservation and promotion of cultural and human values ​​of Thai Nguyen through typical architectural works, literary and artistic works of value in the locality; tasks and solutions in revolutionary ideal education, ethics, cultural lifestyle for youth, adolescents, and children in today's cyberspace; institutionalizing cultural development mechanisms, policies, and building Thai Nguyen people according to the tasks of Resolution No. 33-NQ/TW...

According to the plan, the Contest will organize a preliminary round in the form of developing a thematic outline to select 10 contestants with the highest scores to participate in the final round. The final round is scheduled to be conducted in April 2023, the contestants will go through 2 contents: Presentation and answering questions of the Judges related to the presentation topic, understanding of culture, land and people of Thai Nguyen; some outstanding results and tasks, solutions to continue bringing Resolution No. 33-NQ/TW to life.

The organization of the Contest also contributes to enhancing propaganda activities to bring the Party's resolution to life in a diverse, creative, understandable, and accessible manner to create changes and raise awareness among the people about building and developing the culture, people of Thai Nguyen in the new period, contributing to building a homeland increasingly peaceful, prosperous, affluent and friendly.
