Effectively implementing coordination regulations between agencies, units and localities in mass mobilization work

On February 28 afternoon, the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Board held a conference to deploy the tasks of mass mobilization work in 2024. Comrade Pham Thai Hanh, Member of the Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Board, chaired the conference.

Accordingly, in order to continue innovating and improving the quality of mass mobilization activities of the political system, in 2024, the Provincial People's Committee proposes 8 key tasks, including: Advising the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Board, the Provincial Party Executive Committee in leading and comprehensively directing the mass mobilization work of the political system, contributing to the successful implementation of the Action Program to implement the Resolution of the 13th Party Congress, the Resolution of the 20th  Provincial Party Congress, 2020-2025 term on mass mobilization work; coordinating with agencies, units, and localities to effectively implement the "Skillful Mass Mobilization" movement and patriotic movements, campaigns, and competitions; organizing inspections, supervision, surveys to grasp the implementation results of Party documents on mass mobilization work; presiding over coordination with relevant agencies to implement, summarize, and review central and provincial directives on mass mobilization work... Along with that is the implementation of specific tasks regarding mass mobilization work of state agencies, mass mobilization work in ethnic minority areas, religious communities, mass organizations...

At the conference, delegates discussed and approved the coordination content for propaganda with media agencies in 2024; the operational plan of the Provincial Steering Committee for Religious Affairs in 2024; the operational plan of the Provincial Steering Committee for implementing grassroots democracy regulations in 2024; the plan to implement the coordinated program between the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Board and the Provincial Ethnic Affairs Board, the Provincial Party Committee's Secretariat, the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial Police, and the Provincial Military Command in 2024.

Also at the Conference, delegates focused on discussing and contributing ideas on the difficulties and challenges encountered during the implementation process. They also proposed solutions to effectively carry out the tasks of mass mobilization work in 2024.

In the concluding remarks at the conference, Comrade Pham Thai Hanh, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Board, proposed that agencies, units, and localities develop plans to implement the 2024 Mass Mobilization Work Program of the Party Committees closely following the leadership and directives of the Central Committee and the province, as well as the political tasks of the local Party Committees. He emphasized the need to effectively implement the coordination mechanism among agencies, units, and localities in carrying out mass mobilization work. Additionally, he urged for continued innovation and enhancement of the role and position of mass mobilization work in leadership and direction, grasping the living conditions, thoughts, and aspirations of the people at the grassroots level to promptly address any issues...

At the conference, the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Board signed a plan to implement the coordination program with the provincial Ethnic Affairs Board in 2024.
