- The subleased area is 4.9 hectares.

- The area not yet subleased is 0 hectares.

* For Zone B (Bach Quang Ward and Luong Son Ward, Song Cong City), total planned area is 196.88 hectares:

- The area leased by the Provincial People's Committee is 115.3 hectares.

- The subleased land area is 98.3 hectares.

- The area allocated for transportation, greenery and industrial park infrastructure is 13.0 hectares.

- The area not yet subleased is 4 hectares, of which: 1.3 hectares of land requested by DHS Company for leasing can be subleased immediately after site leveling is completed; the remaining 2.7 hectares are primarily fragmented and scattered leftover plots that can’t be subleased.
