Developing a synchronized and modern technical infrastructure system, especially industrial zone and industrial cluster infrastructure, is a major policy of the Party and State, aimed at creating a solid foundation to promote the country's industrialization and modernization process and to develop the socio-economy rapidly and sustainably. In recent years, with the attention and direction from the Central Government; and the unity and efforts of the Party Committee, government and People, Thai Nguyen province has achieved many important results in mobilizing social resources to invest in and develop technical infrastructure, especially industrial cluster infrastructure. Many projects have been implemented and effectively operated, contributing positively to economic growth, ensuring national defense and security and improving people's lives.
Phu Binh district is the locality with the most industrial clusters planned in the province, with 8 industrial clusters, of which the Luong Phu - Tan Duc Industrial Cluster and Tan Duc Industrial Cluster are 2 key projects, expected to create a strong impetus for local socio-economic development.

Luong Phu - Tan Duc Industrial Park is planned on the territory of Luong Phu and Tan Duc communes, with a scale of 74.5 hectares. Located near Ring Road V of Hanoi Capital Region, along with a synchronized transportation connection system, this industrial cluster promises to become an attractive destination for domestic and foreign investors. The expected workforce is approximately 3,967 people, contributing to increased employment and economic development for the area. The industries oriented for the industrial cluster include: Supporting industries; high-tech industries; processing - manufacturing, electronic components; garment and other industrial and handicraft industries suitable for the local industrial development plan. |

Tan Duc Industrial Park has a scale of 64.3 hectares, located in a prime position, with the North bordering Ring Road V, the South adjoining residential areas and agricultural land, the East adjacent to an irrigation canal and the West connecting to the district road DH.49B and the Luong Phu - Tan Duc Industrial Cluster. It is expected that this industrial cluster will create jobs for approximately 3,668 workers. |

To facilitate the smooth implementation of the projects and to quickly realize investment efficiency, contributing to the province's socio-economic development, comrade Nguyen Thi Loan, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee, requested the investor to promptly complete necessary legal procedures, ensure project construction meets schedules, quality, safety and complies with legal regulations on land, construction, environmental protection, labor safety... striving to complete and exceed the progress of work contents to put the projects into operation soon. The Vice Chairman particularly emphasized the need to research investment in industrial cluster infrastructure towards green - smart direction to meet future requirements. After completing the infrastructure, it is necessary to focus on attracting secondary investors in line with the orientation specified in Thai Nguyen province industrial cluster development plan for 2021-2030 period according to the Provincial Planning. Additionally, she also requested relevant departments, sectors and localities to continue facilitating, promptly removing difficulties and obstacles, especially in compensation, support, resettlement and procedures related to construction, land, environment... to help projects proceed smoothly. She affirmed: Thai Nguyen province commits to continue accompanying, supporting and creating the most favorable conditions according to regulations for businesses to invest, produce, trade effectively and develop sustainably.
