Accelerating construction progress of BV Diamond Hill Twin Towers in Thai Nguyen

The project is located on Bac Son Street, Hoang Van Thu Ward - the "diamond" location of Thai Nguyen City

Since its official groundbreaking in November 2024, the project has been continuously implemented with a “3 shifts, 4 rotating crews” approach and a commitment to “working day and night if daytime is not enough,” reflecting the investor’s strong determination to meet both progress and quality standards.

Project perspective

With a scale of 38 floors - the tallest tower in Thai Nguyen province, BV Diamond Hill Thai Nguyen is designed in a “Green & Smart” (green and intelligent) architectural style. The project comprises two high-rise residential towers connected by a commercial service podium, surrounded by a large park and lake.

BV Diamond Hill Thai Nguyen is the First Condominium Project in Thai Nguyen to Achieve EDGE Certification

The development features extensive public spaces, green corridors and the use of environmentally friendly materials and equipment. It is also the first condominium project in Thai Nguyen to receive EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies) certification, awarded by the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group. To achieve EDGE certification, the project must meet stringent criteria, including a minimum 20% reduction in energy consumption, water usage and energy used for material production compared to a standard building.
