The ceremony was attended by Ms. Chia Kim Tha, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Cambodia to Vietnam; Mr. Dai Lat Ta Na Pay Van, First Secretary of the Embassy of Lao PDR in Vietnam. On Thai Nguyen side, there were Comrade Pham Hoang Son, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; representatives of departments, branches and units in the province.
For 45 years of construction and development, with the principle of constantly innovating and developing vocational education to meet the requirements of industrialization, modernization and international integration; meet the requirements of fundamental and comprehensive reform of education and training; creating a breakthrough in improving the quality of human resources, especially high-quality human resources in the new situation in the spirit of the Resolution of the 13th Party Congress, Thai Nguyen College has gained many important achievements: Apparatus, organization, functional structure, scale and training quality of the College has been completed and grown stronger with 16 intermediate-level fields, training 19 fields and professions and having 10 training programs for elementary-level vocational training. Thousands of students from various generations have graduated from this School, becoming teachers, education officials, managers and leaders holding many important positions in Thai Nguyen province and neighboring areas. The college has undergone a significant transformation towards multidisciplinary and multiskilled vocational education. The quality of education and training has notably improved, establishing itself as a reliable and prestigious educational institution, affirming its position in educating students from Laos and Cambodia. This has significantly contributed to the people's diplomacy of the province and the country, deepening the traditional bonds of solidarity among Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia.

At the ceremony, representatives of the Kingdom of Cambodia and Lao PDR highly appreciated the development of relations and cooperation between Vietnam - Laos - Cambodia in all fields and levels; especially in the field of education and training of human resources through helping and supporting to improve vocational training.

Congratulating Thai Nguyen College on the achievements for the past 45 years, Comrade Pham Hoang Son, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council hoped that the School would continue to unite, promote strength, generate innovative ideas in educational reforms, train human resources to best meet the practical human resource needs; actively and proactively innovate and apply digital transformation and scientific and technological achievements 4.0; build a team of high-quality teachers and lecturers.
