Promptly addressing difficulties and problems of cooperatives and enterprises in the province

At the dialogue conference, representatives of cooperatives, cooperative groups raised more than 10 questions related to administrative procedures; land and environmental policies; social insurance policies for cooperatives; support policies for the collective economy regarding training and development of personnel in cooperatives operating in community tourism... Additionally, many cooperatives raised inquiries about activities supporting trade promotion with domestic and international partners, as well as aiding tea-producing units and businesses to participate in international tea exhibitions and procure tea-related equipment from abroad.

In a democratic, vibrant and open atmosphere, on behalf of the provincial leadership, the Director of Department of Planning and Investment and the Chairman of the Provincial Cooperative Alliance listened, shared and promptly answered the thoughts and aspirations of the delegates. With a sense of responsibility, these officials leading the dialogue also requested the provincial departments and sectors to further participate in clarifying the delegates' questions in areas such as the environment, culture... Additionally, they urged the relevant provincial agencies to decisively and effectively resolve the legitimate proposals put forward by the collective economy representatives after the dialogue concluded.

Representative of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment addressed queries at the at the promoting the development of the collective economy and cooperatives, along with supportive policies regarding the establishment of new cooperatives, training and nurturing cooperative personnel, facilitating labor attraction towards cooperatives, promoting trade activities, and credit support. Consequently, the number of newly established cooperatives has been progressively increasing, diversified across various sectors and fields. The operations have become more effective and expanded in scale, resolving employment issues and providing stable incomes for a portion of the rural workforce. The cooperative management team has gradually become younger, more dynamic, and possesses the necessary expertise to meet the management and operational requirements of cooperatives.

Earlier, the Provincial Cooperative Alliance summarized the collective economic and cooperative activities within the province in 2023. According to the report, the operations of the Provincial Cooperative Alliance closely aligned with the Resolution of the Sixth Congress, the programs, and plans of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and the Vietnamese Cooperative Alliance. It consistently played a pivotal role in the development of the collective economy and cooperatives within the province, acting as a bridge between the Party, the State, and the collective economic sector. They effectively executed propaganda campaigns.

Also at the conference, the Provincial Cooperative Alliance launched the emulation of good labor, creative labor, successfully implementing the objectives and tasks in 2024 with many emulation movements launched by Thai Nguyen Province People's Committee and Vietnam Cooperative Alliance such as: "Thai Nguyen joins hands to build new rural areas"; "Implementing administrative reforms"; "Officials, civil servants and public employees emulate the implementation of office culture"; "Developing Thai Nguyen Province Collective Economy"; "Thai Nguyen joins hands for the poor - leaving nobody behind"; emulating the construction of " typical advanced cooperatives" for 2021 – 2025 period...

On this occasion, the Provincial Cooperative Alliance awarded Certificates of Merit to 5 collectives and 20 individuals with excellent achievements in 2023.
