After 02 years of operation from 2021 - 2023, realizing many changes in the needs of visitors, as well as changes in members of the Tourist Spot, the facility decided to change its name to La Bang farmstay to upgrade the facility as well as reposition the brand appropriately when the Tan Son Hamlet Community Tourist Spot was officially recognized by the Provincial People's Committee.

The most important highlight is that the owner has boldly changed the former flower growing area to convert it into a teambuilding space and accommodation area with 05 bungalows. The bungalows here are designed extremely reasonably from the location to the meticulous attention to detail in the interior space of each unit. Three double units are delicately designed and 100% wood paneled from the exterior to the interior. The remaining 02 single units are designed in the style of a rammed earth house, the interior combines wood and natural stone to create a close, cool space. It can be said that the bungalows of La Bang farmstay have achieved perfection and high aesthetics, meeting the needs of visitors.

According to the owner, since the bungalows were put into operation (April 30 - May 1, 2024 holiday until now), they have been full of guests almost every day, some visitors have booked up to 3 times but still have not been able to book a schedule. The number of visitors coming to the Farm to experience has also increased. In the past 2 months (mid-May to mid-July 2024), La Bang farmstay has welcomed nearly 7,000 visitors. The breakthrough changes of the facility have created more attractions and attracted tourists from inside and outside the province.
