Honoring the culinary quintessence of the tea region

For the first time, the culinary festival “Experience the tea region, imbued with identity”, organized by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in collaboration with the Provincial organized by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in collaboration with the Provincial Tourism Association, left a profound impression on culinary experts and the public. This prominent event contributed to promoting the value of traditional culinary culture, enriching tourism offerings for both domestic and international visitors and honoring the culinary essence of the tea region.

The festival brought together 38 teams and 130 chefs, including folk artisans, culinary experts and food preparation staff from the restaurant, hotel and tourism sectors, all dedicated to conveying the message of a tea region rich in identity, from its landscapes to its cuisine

Unique dishes crafted from pork raised on green tea ingredients from Thai Nguyen were also showcased at the Festival

Inspired by the cultural characteristics and lifestyle of ethnic communities, participating units meticulously designed distinctive and impressive dining settings

At the conclusion of the Festival, the Organizing Committee awarded certificates to participating units and established 153 distinctive dishes featuring ingredients from tea plants and tea products of Thai Nguyen
