According to the plan, social housing development is a central task in the province's socio-economic development and needs to be integrated into urban, industrial and service planning while ensuring synchronized infrastructure. The province also encourages economic sectors to invest according to market mechanisms, while strengthening support for policy beneficiaries to access social housing.

In 2025, Thai Nguyen will focus on completing social housing projects in Bach Quang Ward (Song Cong City), Tich Luong Ward (Thai Nguyen City), Dai Thang Social Housing Project and supporting households and individuals investing in rental housing. The key tasks include reviewing land funds, expediting construction progress, completing investment procedures and publicly announcing conditions for renting and purchasing social housing.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction as the focal point to lead and coordinate with departments, sectors and localities to implement the plan; providing guidance to organizations and individuals on relevant conditions and procedures. Simultaneously, the Department of Finance will coordinate to review projects with social housing land funds that have not yet been handed over to advise the Provincial People's Committee on adjusting investment policies and accelerating progress.

The Management Board of Thai Nguyen Industrial Parks is responsible for planning worker housing within industrial zones, ensuring compliance with legal regulations. District and City People's Committees and commune-level authorities must publicly disclose project information, update inventories, support businesses and residents in accessing policies and organize widespread propaganda about social housing policies.
