Scene of the Conference

At the Conference, delegates were informed about several key points in the implementation of mandatory SI and HI policies, voluntary SI, and household HI, especially the advantages of SI policies. Topics covered included the rights and responsibilities of employees participating in mandatory SI and HI, new points in the implementation of SI and HI policies, payment levels, payment methods, benefits, and procedures for participating in household HI, and benefits of voluntary SI. Additionally, delegates were briefed on some new points of the 2023 Cooperative Law and labor safety measures.

Representatives of cooperatives also engaged in direct dialogue with provincial SI leaders on issues related to voluntary SI participants, conditions for enjoying labor accident insurance, refunding HI payments for those who pass away while participating in HI, the eligibility to register for initial medical examination and treatment at provincial hospitals, and enjoying HI benefits when registering for a card in one province and receiving treatment in another...

The questions of cooperatives were clearly and specifically addressed by provincial SI officials, thereby helping to enhance the understanding of cooperatives regarding participation and use of SI, HI and UI.
