During the 2020–2025 term, the Party Cell of the Provincial Youth Union Office demonstrated solidarity, proactivity and creativity, successfully fulfilling its proposed objectives. Party building efforts were strengthened and the campaign to study and follow Ho Chi Minh’s thoughts, ethics and style was implemented rigorously and effectively in conjunction with Central Party Committee’s Resolutions No. 4 (12^th and 13^th tenures). The Party Cell provided comprehensive leadership, notably serving as a political nucleus in directing professional tasks and effectively organizing major revolutionary action movements such as: "Youth Volunteers”, "Creative Youth” and "Youth pioneers Defending the Fatherland”. Emphasis was also placed on enhancing digital capacity and applying artificial intelligence in Youth Union work.

At the Congress, delegates concentrated on discussions and contributed many opinions to the Party Cell's Political Report and higher-level Congress documents; simultaneously agreeing on the direction for the upcoming term with the overarching objectives: "Enhancing leadership capacity, building a clean and strong Party Cell; promoting the exemplary role of cadres and Party members; building a comprehensively strong Youth Union organization to meet the requirements of the digital transformation period".
